Step 3: Pat the glitter onto the area where you applied the primer. Build up the glitter as desired for a more intense look.

Step 4: After applying it evenly, let it rest for strong hold

Salon Style mixing: Use a makeup tray and drip our glitter primer, add the glitter in the makeup tray mix it properly with a brush. Don't let it rest and then apply it on your eye lids evenly. Avoid rubbing
